Movie Scene

I was sitting outside of a 24 hour Starbucks once at about 3 am. I watched the intersection while I smoked a cigarette and saw a man stop at a left turn light that was red. He waited for a while, then looked down at his phone and started texting. The light turned green and he didn't notice. It then turned yellow and back to red before he looked up from his phone. I saw him throw his hands up in exasperation at how long the light was taking to turn green.
It made me laugh and feel light.
